Diane Foster, HR Director – London
Diane joined Flamingo in September 2005 after many years in HR with professional services firm Arthur Andersen ( don't mention Enron! ) and has also worked in consulting, media and education. She works with the Flamingo teams on all aspects of H.R management including their recent successful Investors in People (IIP ) award as well as achieving special commendation at National Business Awards for Most Outstanding Workplace . In her spare time, Diane runs a taxi (and cycle) service for her 3 children and these days spectates rather than participates in most sports. However, Diane is known to unleash a wicked forehand on the tennis court and her serve isn't bad either for a girl!
