Andrea Sinclair, Viewing Facilities & Front of House Manager – London
Andrea grew up in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, where she studied Art & Graphics at sixth form college, before joining her family restaurant business as assistant manager and chef. At Flamingo, Andrea runs The Lounge, Flamingo’s state of the art viewing facility. Outside of the office, she enjoys oil painting, and has sold numerous pieces to restaurants around Cambridgeshire; if you’ve ever eaten out in those parts you may have even seen her work.
